This item is used to add Shipping Insurance to your order.
Friendly Songs can not be held accountable for loss or damage of orders that are shipped via the USPS.
Shipping Insurance covers your order for loss or damage by the Post Office. When a package is insured then Friendly Songs will replace the lost or damaged items at no cost to you. You will not need to meet the USPS claim criteria or have to file a claim with USPS. All shipments with isurance added will be handled through the Friendly Songs Customer Service department.
If Shipping Insurance is waived then the customer must file claims of loss or damage with USPS and not through Friendly Songs. To see the USPS policy on loss or damaged packages please click here: USPS Claims .
